بان كيك كيتو – Keto Pancakes

Just because you’re on the keto diet doesn’t mean you should miss out on enjoying a delicious breakfast to start your day. This recipe is very easy and will surely satisfy your cravings.

Obviously, pancakes are not allowed on the keto diet. But these ingredients are permissible with keto: Unsweetened roasted coconut, unsweetened peanut butter, berries.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup of Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • Butter, for frying and serving

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, cream cheese, eggs, and lemon zest until smooth.
  2. In a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Pour in about 3 tablespoons batter and cook until golden, 2 minutes. Flip and cook 2 minutes more. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
  3. Serve topped with butter, Unsweetened roasted coconut, unsweetened peanut butter and berries.
