عصير أخضر صحي – Healthy Green Smoothie

Whenever you want to enjoy health smart drink, try this Moringa, kale and spinach smoothie. Full of health benefits, vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 c. chopped kale (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 spoon of moringa powder
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tsp. honey

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
