برجر صحي منزلي – Healthy homemade burger

Burgers, specially fast food burgers are rich in fatty substances and oils are considered dangerous for health. It is possible to prepare burgers at home in a healthy and delicious way at the same time, and prepare them at home maintains a relatively healthy meal for the body, while enjoying different meals with ease.

Ingredients:

  • Half a kilogram of lean ground meat, free of fat and grease
  • One onion
  • Three cloves of garlic
  • 1 small spoon of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Two slices of fresh lettuce
  • Two slices of fresh tomato
  • Several slices of fresh onion
  • Two slices of light cheese
  • Burger bun
  • Yogurt sauce with garlic paste
  1. Mix the minced meat well with a teaspoon of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a teaspoon of ground coriander and olive oil, and leave it to rest for half an hour.
  2. Form the meat in the form of medium-sized circular discs, and controlling their thickness according to the person’s desire.
  3. Grease the grill with a little olive oil, and then heat it on a high temperature. Put the burger patties on the grill, and then reduce the temperature until it becomes medium, and leave them to redden on both sides
  4. Cut the bun in half, and place one burger patty, a slice of tomato, lettuce, onion, and cheese, respectively, in it.
  5. Alternatively, you can brush the burger bread with a little yogurt mixed with a little garlic paste as an alternative to mayonnaise.
  6. Roast the burger in the oven, to get a little crunch from the top (this step is according to taste). Serve the burgers with any kind of light salad, or with baked potatoes,
