Oat cookies are a healthy alternative to traditional cookies but still maintain all the chewy deliciousness. Easy to make in no time, a guaranteed favourite.
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1 Egg
- 1 Spoon of vanilla
- 3 Tablespoons of peanut butter
- 2 Tablespoons of honey
- 2 Tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 cup and a half of oats or oat bran
- 3 Tablespoons of raisins
- 1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons of flaxseeds
- Mix all the previous ingredients well, for five minutes, until we have a cohesive mixture.
- We shape the cookies into the shape we want, using the ice cream scooper.
- Heat the oven to a medium temperature, put the tray in it, and leave it until the color of the cookies becomes golden.
- Remove the tray from the oven and leave it to cool.
